First, open a radiology CT or MRI case.

Access the 3D view of the case by clicking on or tapping the 3D icon from the right-hand side toolbar.

Alternatively, you can access the Tools menu – right click or press anywhere on a CT or MRI image, hold for a second, and release. Select 3D.
