To scroll through a CT or MRI-stack use three fingers and move them vertically on the screen. To increase the speed use four or five fingers. If you are interacting with mouse and keyboard, move the mouse wheel up and down.

In the lower left corner you can see how many images the stack consists of and which one you are currently looking at.
