To bring up the menu: press with one finger, hold for a second, and release it or click the right mouse button.

The Annotate submenu contains options to write text and draw lines and shapes:

• Text;
• Text Mark;
• Line;
• Polyline;
• Arrow;
• Circle; and
• Ellipse

By default, only annotations and measurements made by yourself are visible in radiology images.  To reveal or hide all annotations and measurements choose Show/Hide Graphics from the menu.
