Planes
Planes are at the bottom of the cross-sections tool menu and are used to add cross-sectional planes (transverse, coronal, sagittal) to the 3D anatomy.

The following buttons are under each plane in the cross-sections tool menu and control how the plane is shown in the 3D anatomy panel:
Visible
Used to show plane (transverse, coronal, or sagittal).
Anatomy
Used to show an anatomy (cross-section) plane.

Color
Used to show a colored plane:
- The transverse plane is blue.
- The coronal plane is green.
- The sagittal plane is red.

Flip
Used to change the direction the skin is applied to the virtual prosection when using the anatomy plane.
Show Axes
Used to hide or reveal cross-section crosshairs.
Reset Axes
Used to reset the cross-sections to standard cardinal planes after manual manipulation of crosshairs.
