When using Sectra Education Portal on Windows 11 computers the default touch configuration needs to be changed.

Three- and four-finger touch gestures

By default, Windows 11 prohibits the use of three- and four-finger touch interactions in Sectra Education Portal. This interaction can be enabled by turning off the default setting in Windows 11. This is done by:

1.) Clicking the search icon in the start menu and typing touch settings.

2.) Clicking the toggle to off as seen below. Now you will be able to use Sectra Education Portal with full touch functionality.
